Generally speaking, Pastor Bart is available at First Lutheran on Tuesdays and Fridays starting at 9:30. On Wednesdays and Thursdays he is at St. Matthews in Welland. Should a need occur, however, he may be contacted at any time on his cell phone (call or text). He can also be contacted by e-mail.
