Our congregation is a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church In Canada (ELCIC)

The ELCIC is made up of five synods (geographical groupings) across Canada and we are part of the Eastern Synod.

Part of our synod’s ministry is training men and women for service in their church, their community, and the world at Martin Luther University College (formerly Waterloo Lutheran Seminary.

The ELCIC is a partner in Canadian Lutheran World Relief, one of Canada’s most experienced relief and development agencies.

The ELCIC is a member of the Lutheran World Federation, a global common of Christian churches in the Lutheran tradition representing over 74 million Christians in 98 countries.

The ELCIC is in full communion with the Anglican Church of Canada.
Our sister Anglican parish in Port Colborne is the Parish of St. James and St. Brendan.

We are located on Ontario’s south shore in the City of Port Colborne.
